FAMILY: Full privileges of Club for immediate family.  Initiation fee - Waived.
Annual dues: $4,922.00. Minimum charge: $300.00 per quarter.

SOCIAL FAMILY: Full privileges of Clubhouse and Swimming Pool for immediate family. No golf or tennis privileges except on a full-fee basis and not more than four times per year. This membership does not entitle members to play in Club events such as the Super Stags, Invitational, and Holiday Shotguns. Initiation fee - Waived.

SOCIAL UNMARRIED: Full privileges of Clubhouse and Swimming Pool for immediate family. Must be unmarried. NON-RESIDENT: Full privileges of Club for immediate family. Eligibility: Both permanent home address and principal place of business must be located outside of Westmoreland County. Initiation fee - Waived. Annual dues: $3,484. Minimum charge: $300 per year. Those residing out of the state of Pennsylvania. Initiation fee - Waived. Annual dues: $2,312. No minimum charge.

SINGLE MAN: Full privileges of Club for individual only. Must be unmarried. Initiation fee - Waived. Annual dues: $3,693.00. Minimum charge $300.00 per quarter.

SINGLE WOMAN: Full privileges of Club for individual only. Must be unmarried. Initiation fee - Waived. Annual dues: $2,378.00. Minimum charge $300.00 per quarter.

SENIOR FAMILY: Full privileges of the Club for immediate family. Husband must be 65 years of age or older, retired from all business activity, and a member of the Club for at least 20 years. Annual dues: $3,015.00. Minimum charge: $220.00 per quarter. Membership in this category is limited to 35 families. Admitting qualified persons in this category will be on a seniority basis only when the total drops below 35.

SENIOR MAN: Full privileges of the Club for individual only. He must be 65 years of age or older, retired from all business activity, and a member of the Club for at least 20 years. Annual dues: $1,837.00. Minimum charge: $175.00 per quarter.

SENIOR WOMAN: Full privileges of the Club for individual only. She must be 65 years of age or older and been a member of the Club for at least 20 years or a widow of a senior member. Annual dues: $1,529.00. Minimum charge: $175 per quarter.

YOUNG COUPLE: Full privileges of Club for immediate family. Husband must be between 21 and 36 years of age. Initiation fee - Waived. Annual dues: $2,538.00. Minimum charge: $200.00 per quarter.

YOUNG ADULT : Full privileges of Club for individual only, must be unmarried. Initiation fee - Waived. Annual dues: $1,829.00. Minimum charge: $200.00 per quarter

TENNIS FAMILY - SOCIAL: Full privileges of Clubhouse, Swimming Pool and Tennis Courts for immediate family. No golf privileges except on a full-fee basis and not more than four times per year. This membership does not entitle members to play in Club events such as the Super Stags, Invitational, and Holiday Shotguns. Initiation fee - Waived. Annual dues: $3,385.00. Minimum charge: $300.00 per quarter.

TENNIS UNMARRIED - SOCIAL: Full privileges of Clubhouse, Swimming Pool and Tennis Courts for individual only. No golf privileges except on a full-fee basis and not more than four times per year. This membership does not entitle members to play in Club events such as the Super Stags, Invitational, and Holiday Shotguns. Initiation fee - Waived. Annual dues: $2,110.00. Minimum charge: $300.00 per quarter.


ADDITIONAL EXPLANATIONS, POLICIES, AND FEES

*  Immediate Family is defined as husband, wife, unmarried children under 21 years
of age living at home, or unmarried children in college or military service.

*  Full Privileges of the Club include golf, pool, and tennis use without fees.  Guests
of members are charged appropriate fees.

*  The Club must be notified in writing of a resignation before dues, minimums and
late charges will be discontinued. 

*  These policies are effective January 1, 2002, and superceded any prior Club
policies.

MINIMUM CHARGE

In each of the categories in which the minimum applies, all food and beverages will
be applied to the quarterly minimum.  The quarterly periods are set up so that the period
expires for each third of the total membership at the end of different months.  Members
with the last names beginning with the letters A through H, have minimum due dates of
January 31, April 30, July 31, and October 31.  Letters I through R, February 28(29),
May 31, August 31, November 30.  Letters S through Z, March 31, June 30,
September 30, December 31.

CHANGING OF MEMBERSHIP

A fee of $1,000 will be assessed to members who wish to re-establish memberships that they have previously downgraded. This will apply within a three-year period after the original change. Beyond that period, a $1,500 fee will apply for such changes.

READMISSION POLICY

The following policy applies to rejoining the Club following an accepted resignation.

1.  The Club does not grant leaves of absence.

2.  Members who have resigned "in good standing" (submitted formal resignation
and paid all outstanding charges) can apply for readmission from the Club Office.  The
member can re-apply for membership by initiating the original procedure for
membership.
