Tennis Courts

Latrobe Country Club boasts two Har-Tru court facilities overlooking the picturesque Chestnut Ridge. The courts open at 9:00 a.m. daily and reservations can be made by calling the club office between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Professional instruction and numerous tennis programs for all ages and abilities are offered throughout the season. Youth programs include weekend sessions for Juniors, Tweeners, and PeeWees. Tournaments are held throughout the summer for separate class divisions. Summer camps for younger tennis players are well-attended and always successful.

For adults, the Club organizes tournaments and mixers, including a mixed doubles and dinner event at the end of the season. Weekly time slots are reserved for senior men's and ladies' tennis. "Our Sunday afternoon matches are really fun. We serve drinks and hors d'oeuvres and it's a great social event," says General Manager Jerry Palmer.
